Italo Disco veteran Daniele Baldelli, known for his role in pioneering the Northern Italian “afro cosmic” and “slow disco” movements in the late 1970s and early 1980s, will release the full-length Cosmic Drag in April.

We already have the brilliant 12-inch of the same name, but the album is coming out on April 6 on the Endless Flight sub-label, according to Resident Advisor.

The label says the LP bridges the ” ‘careless funky ’70s vibes, offish ’80s coolness and the freedom of the ’90s rave culture,’ with a wide variety of influences taken from Baldelli’s massive 65,000-plus record collection,” according to RA.
