Although it reads like something I’d have dreamed up: The Midnight and Chromeo are touring this fall and, on select dates with RUTH RADELET on support. Not a drill. Not. A. Drill. (The super cool Girl Ultra is opening on some other dates.) I just posted an interview with Radelet not very long ago, so this feels like some magical serendipity of some sort.

Also worth noting is that The Midnight, who celebrate the 10th anniversary of the release of Days of Thunder this July, recently announced a stunning graphic-novel collaboration with Dark Horse. (Pre-order is live and the book drops this fall.) I am very happy for The Midnight. They’ve come quite a ways since our first of several interviews way back in 2017.
