DJ Spaz has mostly settled into his new home in the Dallas area after his move from New York, which means only one thing: The return of his popular synthwave program, Outscape at Radio Pure Gently, on Thursday from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. Central U.S. time.
Rick Shithouse, founder of the popular Synthetix.FM community, will join Spaz in spinning the latest in retrowavery.
Spaz, a veteran NYC-area DJ of industrial and other genres before moving onto synthwave, has a library of 80s-infused cuts from modern producers that he curates for these shows. It should prove to be a lot of fun.
