Retrosynth master and Kung Fury alum Highway Superstar is known for his seductive contributions to the 80s retro scene, but today you’re in for something even hotter.
On “Dream Diary,” his first single in which he handles lead vocals, Highway Superstar and collaborator Honey Colonna spin a rather sultry tale of two lovers, and it’s all bathed in a tropical desert vibe.
Tesla Boy guitarist/Pioneerball producer Stan Astakhov and saxophone player Ilia Skibinsky join them on the song, but in the video premiering today it’s all Superstar (AKA Alex Karlinsky) and Colonna with sexy guest actors Selcan Ates and Roger Buyne.
“Diary” will be on Superstar’s new album, Endgame, which comes out on Nov. 9 on Rosso Corsa.
